What You'll Do
Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze product, customer, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across product, sales, and business functions.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.
Metrics & Reporting
- Define, document, and maintain key business and product performance metrics.
- Develop and manage dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using modern Business Intelligence tools.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, relevant, and timely reporting.
- Establish consistent measurement frameworks that support data-driven decision-making.
Product & Experiment Analysis
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate feature performance and customer behavior.
- Support experimentation initiatives by assisting with test design, measurement, and result interpretation.
- Provide analytical guidance to help teams understand the impact of product changes and strategic initiatives.
Data Quality & Governance
- Identify and investigate data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability across reporting environments.
- Partner with technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity at the source.
- Contribute to the development of analytical standards, documentation, and reporting best practices.
Stakeholder Communication
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Clearly explain methodologies, assumptions, limitations, and confidence levels behind analyses.
- Act as a trusted advisor by using data to challenge assumptions and support objective decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations for a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions when data does not support a conclusion.
