2) Role Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing & Supply Development Specialist – Professional Products & System Solutions to support SolutionMall’s business expansion across the European market.

This position is suitable for professionals who understand local procurement logic, are familiar with project-oriented demand, and can connect buyer needs in Europe with broader international supply resources, supplier capabilities, and practical solution support.

This is not a purely administrative purchasing role, and it is also not just a back-office quotation position. We are looking for someone who can combine:

● Supply opportunity discovery

● Buyer demand analysis

● Supplier and product matching

● RFQ and quotation coordination

● Project-oriented communication

● Follow-up on technical, commercial, and delivery-related requirements

This role is especially meaningful for professionals who understand that many valuable business opportunities do not come only from standard product sales, but from helping customers identify the right resources, supporting items, compatible products, and reliable supply paths for complete project execution.

3) Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Identification & Opportunity Discovery

● Identify sourcing requests, procurement opportunities, and project-related product needs across Europe

● Understand buyer priorities, commercial expectations, technical preferences, and procurement logic

● Distinguish between general price-check inquiries and real project-driven opportunities

Sourcing & Supplier Matching

● Connect customer requirements with qualified international suppliers and suitable product resources

● Support sourcing of main equipment, supporting accessories, and difficult-to-source professional products

● Recommend practical alternatives when requested items are unavailable, unsuitable, or difficult to procure locally

● Assist in comparing suppliers, matching products, and improving supply suitability according to project needs

RFQ Follow-up & Project Support

● Follow up on RFQs, buyer requests, quotation needs, and related project background

● Support the transition from initial inquiry to deeper commercial discussion

● Coordinate with SolutionMall teams to clarify demand, support quotation progress, and define workable next steps

● Identify overlooked accessories, hidden demand, or supporting items necessary for full project completion

Technical-Commercial Coordination

● Maintain a practical understanding of product areas such as:

○ IT hardware and industrial electronic products

○ Technical room and infrastructure-related equipment

○ Structured cabling and related accessories

○ UPS-related supporting products

○ Professional auxiliary items and industrial system components

● Support basic technical-commercial communication during matching, sourcing, and quotation discussions

● Clearly communicate local buyer requirements to SolutionMall’s international teams

Market Insight & Resource Development

● Share local insights on customer buying habits, pricing sensitivity, sourcing expectations, and market competition

● Help SolutionMall improve its understanding of actual demand patterns in the European market

● Contribute to more efficient alignment between regional demand and international supply resources

4) QualificationsRequired

● 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

○ Sourcing

○ Procurement

○ Supplier development

○ Industrial or professional product sales

○ Project-oriented business development

○ Technical-commercial support or coordination

● Good understanding of buyer behavior, supplier evaluation, and sourcing decision processes

● Existing business network, project resources, or commercial connections in relevant sectors in Europe

● Strong communication ability in requirement clarification and commercial discussions

● Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred

● Experience with industrial products, technical accessories, IT infrastructure, electronics, telecom-related products, engineering materials, or project procurement support

● Familiarity with RFQs, quotations, supplier comparison, and sourcing coordination

● Understanding of project-oriented or infrastructure-related demand in Europe

● Experience in cross-border communication or international supplier coordination

● Ability to identify complementary items and hidden procurement needs beyond the customer’s initial request

This is a flexible, part-time cooperation-based role, which may be carried out remotely or with field involvement depending on practical business needs.
