We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple programs and initiatives across our teams. In this role, you will work closely with program managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered smoothly and effectively in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking program activities and timelines.
• Schedule and organize program meetings, updates, and communications.
• Monitor program progress and report on milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain program documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support coordination between multiple projects within a program.
• Assist program managers with administrative and coordination tasks.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, administration, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with project or program management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
