SOL Studios is hiring Senior Remote BDMs - Inbound Leads | No Cold Calling | $120K to $300K OTE

About SOL Studios

SOL Studios is an Australian digital studio delivering integrated digital solutions across website development, branding, SEO and social media management. We operate through a structured sales and delivery framework designed for clarity, speed and premium execution.

We are scaling our sales operations and are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives who want to close high-quality inbound leads rather than chase them.

The Role

As a BDM with SOL Studios, you will:

  • Take qualified inbound calls booked directly into your calendar
  • Follow up with additional hot leads that entered the funnel
  • Run structured discovery across multiple service needs
  • Sell bundled and standalone digital services
  • Present proposals and close multi-service engagements
  • Manage your pipeline and hit conversion targets
  • Work closely with the founder and delivery team

There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting. Your pipeline is provided.

Your Profile

We are only considering experienced candidates with:

  • Three to seven years in B2B, SaaS, agency or digital services sales
  • Experience selling websites, marketing, branding or retainers
  • Strong closing ability and a history of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident, consultative communication style
  • Ability to position solutions strategically, not tactically
  • High discipline and motivation for performance-based income

This role is not suitable for junior or entry-level candidates.

Compensation (Commission Only)

Inbound commission model:

  • 15 percent under $5K
  • 12 percent from $5K to $15K
  • 10 percent from $15K to $30K
  • 8 percent above $30K

Consistent performers typically earn $120K to $180K.

Top performers regularly exceed $200K to $300K+.

There is no earning ceiling.
