Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HL7 CQL to write custom measures
• Basic SQL for data analysis and validation
• Solid Healthcare domain experience with prior BA roles in healthcare projects
• Experience creating Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, UML diagrams, and functional documentation

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare stakeholders
• Write and validate CQL (Clinical Quality Language) for custom quality measures
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams on data mapping and transformation logic
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, UML diagrams, and BRDs
• Support testing, validation, and UAT for healthcare data solutions
