About SimonAI
We are building an AI operating layer for private markets firms. We believe AI makes a real difference when it’s easy to use, understands the firm, and fits naturally into workflows. Our goal is to help firms of all sizes drive real productivity.
We’re a fully remote, AI-native team where everyone is encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, grow the business, and improve both the customer experience and how we work.
Our Platform
The Simon platform enables customers to securely connect frontier models to their systems, permissions, and data to drive real productivity. Foundation equips AI leads to enable their teams, while Work gives everyone in the firm access to AI for finding, analyzing, researching, and creating through chat and agent-driven workflows.
Who we’re looking for
The Digital Marketing Strategist is a full-time, fully remote position focused on helping more private markets firms discover Simon and understand why it matters.
This is a digital-first role. Our buyers often research quietly long before they take a call, so the work is about showing up where they’re looking and answering questions before they ask them. You’ll work directly with the founders on a small, high-trust team, helping shape how we describe what we do, where we show up, and how that attention turns into qualified sales conversations.
What you’ll do
- Sharpen our messaging. Get clear on who we’re for, the problems we solve, and why a firm should care, then carry that story consistently across the website, content, and campaigns.
- Own the website as our hardest-working digital asset: pages, search performance, conversion paths, and ongoing experiments to make it better.
- Run demand generation across content, email, search, paid, webinars, and LinkedIn, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the sales conversations that follow.
- Use AI throughout your work to improve quality, move faster, and multiply what one person can produce while preserving trust.
- Measure the funnel from first touch through closed revenue, and tell us plainly what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should invest.
What you bring
- Proven experience running digital marketing for a B2B technology product, with demonstrable results in demand generation and pipeline.
- Excellent writing. You can explain a technical product to a non-technical buyer without hiding behind jargon, and produce at volume without sounding like it.
- Real fluency with AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and building lightweight workflows that save time. Be ready to show us how you work.
- Hands-on command of the modern marketing stack: CMS and landing pages, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and paid platforms. You’re comfortable building, testing, and shipping yourself.
- Comfort marketing a considered purchase with a longer sales cycle and multiple stakeholders. Experience in private markets or another regulated industry is a plus.
- A desire to help build the playbook, not simply work from one. Experience in an early-stage or lean marketing team is a plus.
