Job Title: HR & Recruiting Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $1,800 – $2,500/month, based on experience

We’re hiring an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager with a strong background in the online gaming, tech, marketing, or SaaS industries to lead our people operations and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR and talent acquisition strategies across departments including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech.
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions: employee relations, benefits coordination, and payroll processes.
  • Create and update HR policies that align with company values and growth goals.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging remote work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify hiring needs and improve recruiting workflows.
  • Support employee performance evaluations, learning, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems and employee records.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven background in online gaming, technology, marketing, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends and remote team management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HR platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with international hiring and remote work policies is a plus.
