Day-to-day tasks include preparing HR analytics reports, monitoring key HR indicators, supporting benefits administration activities, and collaborating with HR colleagues to improve workforce planning and employee experience. The role requires independent work in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with HR and leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support HR operations and policy implementation.
- Analytical Skills to interpret HR data, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits processes and documentation.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Relevant experience in HR analysis or HR operations within financial services or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and understanding of basic employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
