• Join a high-growth Personal Care Company as a Brand Manager for their UK + Ireland markets.
• Over the past 15 years, this business has evolved into a globally recognised Personal Care brand, distributing its products in over 50 countries.
• Take on a pivotal role where you will drive brand marketing activities across multiple categories and deliver strategic marketing direction in emerging marketing globally.
• We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.

Role: Brand Manager

• Take the lead on brand communications, shaping media plans, optimising performance, and managing agency and partnership relationships.
• Own media planning across owned, earned, and paid channels, driving bold activations and ensuring smart budget allocation and PO tracking.
• Bring the brand to life in-market through standout POS and partnership campaigns, all aligned to the 2026 growth vision.
• Collaborate with NPD, insights, packaging, HCP, and commercial teams to fuel innovation and deliver measurable impact.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently out of work or able to start by Nov 2025 – 1 stage interview process.
• Operating at Junior Brand Manager / Brand Manager level.
• 4–5 years FMCG brand marketing experience, ideally with UK market exposure.
• Proven track record across owned and earned media, POS, and activation delivery.
• Confident in stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels.
• Strong experience managing agencies and driving campaigns end to end.
• Organised, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
