  • Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely employee records and transactions.
  • People Business Partner (PBP) Support
  • Support PBPs with data gathering, reporting, and preparation for talent reviews, organizational planning, and people strategies.
  • Analyze trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to surface insights and recommend actions.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and inclusion programs.
  • Assist with talent calibration by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and identifying future leaders and development opportunities.

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support investigations or employee relations matters under the guidance of senior team members, gaining exposure to risk management strategies.
  • Track employee issue trends and escalate potential risks appropriately.
  • Support policy communication and rollouts.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to cross-functional People team initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Stay informed on evolving HR best practices and local employment law updates.
