Looking for that elusive role that offers flexibility but also career fulfilment? This is a rare chance for a Communications Specialist to own the entire family lifecycle journey for one of Australia's fastest-growing, values-led early education groups, and to do it fully remotely or hybrid, full-time or part-time, with genuine flexibility around your life.
Reporting to the GM Marketing, Technology and Commercial and working alongside the Growth Office, you will bring a family engagement strategy to life across the full lifecycle. That means designing nurture journeys and lifecycle messaging for prospective, enrolled and existing families, building and optimising automations across Klaviyo, LineLeader and Owna, and developing content that drives occupancy, retention and advocacy. You will also partner with Centre Managers to showcase local stories and activations, and own the numbers, tracking open rates, click-throughs and engagement to keep improving what you ship.
You will bring at least three years in communications, marketing, or customer or community engagement, with real depth in building customer journeys and content across email, social and digital, plus hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Sharp writing, confident stakeholder management and the composure to juggle multiple campaigns are essential. Experience in childcare, education or community organisations will set you apart. The people who thrive here are warm and empathetic, but also organised, self-directed and commercially minded.
This is a purpose-driven, community-focused organisation where communication is treated as core to growth, and where your work has visible impact on real families and centres. The option is there to work in whatever way suits your lifestyle, either 4 days a week or full time, hybrid or remote (on the east coast).
If you want to own the lifecycle journey end to end and see your communication translate directly into business growth, this is the role to apply for.
