Operations & Finance Assistant (Fully Remote - UK only) - Flexible working
A growing technology consultancy is seeking an Operations & Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility and variety, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing financial tasks with operational administration.
The position is split 50% finance and 50% operations, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing numbers while keeping business processes running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance (50%)
- Update and reconcile cash flow
- Monitor bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll, invoices, and expenses
- Maintain Xero records and assist with credit control
- Prepare month-end details and liaise with accountants
Operations (50%)
- Maintain operational records and compliance trackers
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Update internal systems (HR and time-tracking tools)
- Prepare contracts, reports, and templates
- Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in finance AND operations support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft 365.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
