About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding our client portfolio and deepening relationships with existing accounts. This is a results-oriented, quota-carrying role for a commercially sharp professional who knows how to sell at the executive level and owns their number.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business with corporate clients across target industries, with a clear focus on revenue generation and margin contribution.
- Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Develop and manage a pipeline that consistently delivers against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring measurable client satisfaction.
- Present solutions to C-level and VP-level stakeholders, connecting our value proposition to their workforce and business challenges.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client commitments are met and exceeded.
- Track and report on key commercial metrics: revenue, gross margin, fill rates, client retention, and pipeline velocity.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — preferably within staffing, consulting, or professional services.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (quota attainment, ARR growth, or gross margin improvement).
- Experience selling to and building relationships with C-suite, VPs, and Directors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative approach.
- Comfortable owning a number — you think in terms of pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- Advanced English required.
