About The Role Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Senior Model Risk Manager who’s passionate about data and analytics and has a keen emphasis on applying ML/AI techniques to areas such as computer vision. • Providing senior management and the Board Risk and Compliance Committee with periodic insights on material models
• Identifying improvements to modelling processes and methodologies, and assigning reliable model risk ratings
• Providing recommendations to model developers to reduce adverse outcomes
• Ensuring models remain within defined risk appetite
• Embedding robust model risk management practices across the model lifecycle
• Enhancing senior management understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs
• Communicating insights through multi-channel distribution tools
• Overseeing the performance and development of junior team members

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in validating or developing models in market, liquidity risk, or within finance and treasury
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Familiarity with model risk management regulations across the UK, USA, and EU
• A proven ability to present and justify model validation reports to senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in banking environments handling model risk findings with regulators
• Experience collaborating with internal audit teams
• Exposure to AI/ML model governance, explainability, or advanced analytics in financial services
• Familiarity with cloud-based model deployment or monitoring solutions
