Order Processing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Order Processing Specialist. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for processing purchase and sales orders, managing orders from entry to completion, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders. Daily tasks include verifying order accuracy, updating order status, communicating with customers and suppliers, and resolving any issues related to order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Processing
• Proficiency in Order Management systems
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
