1. About Our Client:

The organization operates within case management and project operations, addressing the challenges of managing large volumes of claims and associated communications. It supports efficient case processing and settlement management through coordinated project oversight, data handling, and claimant communication.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Project Coordinator role is designed to support the project management team in overseeing case management activities across the organization. This position ensures the smooth execution of project plans, timely processing of claims, and effective coordination of resources, contributing to the successful delivery of settlement and case management objectives.

3. Responsibilities:

• Support company-wide case management through skip tracing, handling escalated claimant communications, assisting with IVRs and social media, and organizing document retention

• Assist project management staff in managing cases and implementing detailed project plans

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status updates, deadlines, and task ownership

• Monitor and communicate project milestones and schedule commitments

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution

• Assist with case invoice creation and execution

• Review settlement agreement documentation for thorough understanding

• Process, deduplicate, normalize, optimize, and analyze large datasets and prepare reports

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and correspondence per settlement agreements

• Review claims and documentation to determine eligibility

• Follow adjudication policies for proper claim payment or appropriate program placement

• Respond to notice packet requests accurately and promptly

• Conduct skip tracing for undeliverable notices and checks

• Resolve issues arising from claims adjudication

• Support distribution of settlement benefits and post-distribution services

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Deliver high-level customer service representing the organization positively

• Enhance industry knowledge and application proficiency

• Communicate effectively with colleagues

• Exhibit organizational skills and attention to detail

• Provide feedback and facilitate communication with management

• Adhere to business processes in task performance

• Take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

• 1-2 years of project support or associate experience in business, accounting, finance, paralegal, or related fields

• Demonstrated track record of accomplishments

• Preferred experience in financial, insurance, or legal industries

• Ability to manage multiple tasks productively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written, verbal, communication, and research skills

• Flexibility and responsiveness to urgent matters

• Ability to work patiently with diverse individuals

• Professional and positive demeanor toward clients, vendors, and staff

• Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

• Commitment to confidentiality

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Independent work capability

• Strategic and functional problem analysis and resolution

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
