This role is an excellent opportunity to join a global FMCG business and support the Australia and New Zealand sales teams in a key administrative and data-focused position.

You will work closely with National Business Managers and the broader sales team to support sales operations, promotional activity, forecasting, pricing, and system accuracy. A core part of the role will involve maintaining and updating data in Promax (Trade Promotion Management System), ensuring information aligns with customer portals, promotional advice forms, business plans, and internal reporting requirements.

The role will also support promotional reconciliation, forecast accuracy reviews, audit sample requests, data matching across multiple sources, and general sales administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence working with data, and an interest in building their career within a industry titan, global FMCG environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1+ year of PROMAX experience is mandatory, including maintaining baselines, promotions, pricing, forecasts, and promotional inputs.
• 2+ years’ FMCG experience, ideally supporting sales, category, commercial, or promotional teams.
• 2+ years’ advanced Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, What-If analysis, formulas, data matching, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of sales administration, promotional activity, pricing, forecasting, and baseline maintenance.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide basic data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales & NBM Support: Support the National Business Manager and wider sales team with key data administration, reporting, and sales operations tasks.
• PROMAX / TPM Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in PROMAX, including baselines, promotions, pricing, forecasts, and promotional inputs.
• Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure information loaded in PROMAX matches customer portals, promotional advice forms, business plans, and other source documents.
• Forecast & Promotion Support: Review forecast accuracy against business plans and complete weekly promotional reconciliations, including scan promotions versus accrued scan monies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Identify data issues or discrepancies, provide basic insights, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by SKU, account, and area.
• Excel & Audit Support: Use Excel for data entry, matching, analysis, and reporting, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and support for audit sample requirements.
• Meeting & Admin Support: Attend Pre S&OP forecast meetings, capture action notes, update PROMAX accordingly, and assist with ad hoc sales administration as required.
