Role Description

Reforma Europa Sp. z o.o. is seeking Official Distributors to join our growing network. This full-time remote position involves establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, promoting our range of professional nail care products, managing distribution within the assigned region, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing local market strategies, representing the brand at industry events, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in client relationship management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge or experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, particularly in professional salon products or nail care, is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in managing distribution channels is a plus, along with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
