Oracle HCM Support Manager

For an exciting Oracle-focused project, we are looking for an experienced specialist to ensure operational excellence as part of a support transition.

Role: Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM Support Manager

• Duration: Start from early March possible, latest second week of April, 12 months with extension option
• Workload: Full-time, Remote
• Location: Remote (UK) (Candidate must be UK Citzien)
• Payment: Inside IR35

Take over the existing support with a strong focus on operational excellence. Ensure stable operations of the Oracle EBS environment. Collaborate closely with international teams across the UK and India.

Tasks:

• Take over and ensure ongoing support within the Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM environment
• Perform and manage patching and quarterly updates
• Analyze and resolve incidents and issues
• Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS HCM (minimum 12 years)
• Experience with Oracle FUSION Transfromations
• Hands-on experience with patching and release updates
• Strong background in support and operations of complex systems
• Fluent English skills#
