THINQVISER a growing, specialist financial planning business looking for a proactive and commercially minded Operations Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day operations and help drive the business forward.

About THINQVISER

With a clearly defined market, a fully remote team and ambitious plans for growth, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a business that values high standards, fresh thinking and continuous improvement.

The role

Working closely with the business owner, you'll have the autonomy to improve how the business operates, lead the team and turn ideas into action.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a remote team, driving performance and accountability.
  • Improving operational processes, systems and workflows.
  • Managing projects and turning business plans into practical results.
  • Identifying opportunities to use technology, AI and automation.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, performance and business reporting.
  • Taking ownership of challenges, finding solutions and driving improvements.

About you

We're particularly interested in candidates with operations management experience within financial planning, wealth management or an IFA business, who can hit the ground running.

You'll also need:

  • Proven experience managing people, processes and operational performance.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions.
  • An interest in technology, systems improvement and automation.
  • The ability to work independently, challenge ideas constructively and get things done.

Exceptional candidates from other sectors with substantial operational leadership experience and strong transferable skills will also be considered.

What's on offer?

  • Salary circa £60,000.
  • Fully remote working, anywhere in the UK.
  • Genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence business decisions.
  • The chance to introduce new ideas, systems and ways of working.
  • A growing business with potential to develop into a more senior leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, making improvements and seeing the results of their work.
