POSITION OVERVIEW
Drawing on exceptional planning and organization skills, the Project Manager role requires a solid knowledge of business and leadership. This individual supports the RAC consulting team by planning, implementing, and managing project work for one or more clients. The work is fast-paced, critical, time-sensitive, and often confidential in nature. The ideal candidate thrives in a virtual, high-trust environment and brings both strategic thinking and operational precision to every engagement.
This is a full-time remote role, preferably in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the delivery of large, global leadership development, executive assessment, coaching, talent management, and competency modeling projects
• Act as the point of contact for projects requiring coordination of resources across teams and clients
• Manage the logistics of programs including scheduling meetings and interviews, editing and sending collateral, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating operational phases of global projects
• Serve as a reliable communication bridge between the RAC consulting and operations teams
• Provide project support to other RAC programs as needed due to workload or resource fluctuations
• Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation and tracking systems at all times
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Demonstrated skills in scheduling, organizing, project planning, and project management
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to research, compile, and clearly present information and data
• Experience working in a fast-paced, professional business environment
• Solid business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to deal constructively with change and ambiguity
• Solid influencing, negotiating, and conflict management skills
• Strong professional credibility and relationship-building skills
• Initiative and the ability to work independently as part of a virtual team
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and multi-task under pressure
• Comfort navigating and learning new tools and technology
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client focus skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of experience managing large organization development, talent management, human resources, or relevant business projects
• Experience supporting executive-level clients in a professional services or consulting environment strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
