Senior Designer

Hey LinkedIn! We’re partnering with a global SaaS company operating in the construction technology space to find a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote Tech team.

This is a brand-new role, offering the opportunity to shape how design is done across a platform used by thousands worldwide.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and the Head of to design simple, elegant solutions for complex user journeys.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead UX research and user interviews to uncover real user needs
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Use data and feedback to improve usability and experience across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cross-platform design system
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
• Run usability testing and continuously improve designs based on user insights

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in UX/UI design for digital products (B2B)
• A UX-leaning generalist with strong visual/UI design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working across desktop, mobile, and web interfaces
• Experience with UX research and data-informed design decisions
• Fluent Russian speaker, based in Germany, Spain, the UK, or FranceWhy join?
