As a marketing and communications project specialist on the Commercial Lines Small Business Insurance and Acquisition team, you’ll create and publish marketing, communications, and training content to independent agents. In this role, you’ll prioritize creating affinity for Progressive Commercial Lines and driving quote starts. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Lines Agency Marketing & Communications team, Agency Distribution, Progressive’s in-house agency, key collaborators, and business leaders to keep content up to date and aligned with business strategy. You’ll also contribute to the overall understanding of content performance and improve publishing workflows, assisting the team in establishing new processes. This is a remote position. - High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study (i.e. Communications) and a minimum of two years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in account management on either the agency side or brand side, supporting technical products such as insurance, financial services, banking, healthcare, or technology.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing and communications strategy and lead projects independently.
- Experience using Agile techniques for marketing. Agility in Marketing Certification (ICP-MKG or similar certification).
- Proficiency in using new technologies such as AI to drive efficiency.
- Experience implementing and using project management software, Wrike or Bootcamp.
Compensation
- $61,300 - $98,700/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24-30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
