What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing analyses and documentation
- Organize and plan meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Over 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in developing presentations and materials for executive management
- Proven ability to handle critical deadlines and work independently
- Familiarity with task management software and project coordination
