We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer — a role designed for high level senior engineers who want to stay hands-on while shaping the technical direction of multiple teams. This isn’t about people management or abstract architecture; t’s a deeply engineering-focused leadership role that blends architectural thinking with real-world implementation.

You’ll architect and build core platform capabilities—APIs, billing, onboarding, settlements—and lead cross-team design efforts with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability. You’ll spend up to 50% of your time in the code: designing components, writing tests, building capabilities, and elevating the work of those around you.

You’ll help define how we build software—API design, internal structure, and translation of business needs into system-level constructs.

This is an internally focused architect role: in the details, shaping software other engineers depend on, and constantly driving better patterns, practices, and outcomes.

Tech stack:

• 10 years experience working with enterprise application design and architecture
• Software design and development with SaaS based or external facing API Platforms
• C# .NET / .NET Core
• SOLID OOP
• REST/SOAP APIs and 3rd Party API Integration
• Azure (or AWS)
• SQL/T-SQL, caching, systems integration
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Event-driven and service-oriented architecture
