🚀 Project Manager (Marketing & Product Operations)

🚀 We are looking for a Project Manager to help scale digital products across multiple markets.

PMC is a team that builds and grows digital products (online programs, apps, memberships) in areas such as psychology, parenting, and health. We operate across multiple international markets and continuously launch new products and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who can act as the bridge between development, marketing, and performance teams, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will do

• coordinate projects across developers, marketers, media buyers, designers, and product owners

• track tasks, deadlines, and project progress

• follow up with team members and ensure deliverables are completed on time

• organize project workflows and improve team visibility

• build and maintain systems for project tracking and reporting

• identify bottlenecks and help remove blockers

• facilitate communication between different teams

• ensure priorities are clear and aligned across departments

• help management maintain visibility into ongoing projects

Requirements

• proven project management experience

• excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• strong written and verbal communication

• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• attention to detail and strong follow-through

• experience working with developers and marketing teams

• experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Jira, Notion, etc.)

• ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment

• startup mindset — speed and results over perfection
