Role DescriptionROLE 1: Sales Lead Researcher (Luxury & Premium Brands)

Division: PISTOLS UGC

Contract Type: Commission-Only (Independent Contractor)

Location: Remote (UK / EU / Global)

Time Commitment: Flexible | Approx. 3–5 hours per week

Role Overview

The Sales Lead Researcher is responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying luxury and premium brands that are suitable for PISTOLS’ UGC offering.

This role does not involve closing deals. Its purpose is to supply the sales team with clean, accurate, high-quality leads only.

This is a precision role not volume scraping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research luxury and premium brands across:
  • Beauty & skincare
  • Fashion & accessories
  • Wellness & lifestyle
  • Luxury DTC & hospitality
  • Identify decision-makers (Marketing, PR, Brand, Partnerships, Creative Directors).
  • Verify brand tier (luxury / premium only).
  • Build clean lead records with:
  • Brand overview
  • Contact name & role
  • Email / LinkedIn
  • Notes on brand positioning & recent activity
  • Log all leads accurately in the CRM (Notion/HubSpot).
  • Flag high-potential brands for priority outreach.

ROLE 2: Lead Sales B2B Executive – Luxury Closer (UGC Division)

Division: PISTOLS UGC

Contract Type: Commission-Only (Independent Contractor)

Location: Remote (UK / EU / Global)

Time Commitment: Flexible | Approx. 3–6 hours per week

Role Overview

The Lead Sales B2B Executive is a luxury closer responsible for converting pre-qualified brand leads into paid UGC campaigns and retainers.

This is not cold calling or mass outreach.

You will work with researched leads and deliver calm, discreet, high trust sales conversations aligned with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm outreach and follow ups with pre-qualified luxury brands.
  • Present PISTOLS’ UGC offering using approved pitch decks and creator match sheets.
  • Hold brand calls and consultations (online or occasional in-person).
  • Close:
  • Single UGC campaigns
  • Multi-creator packages
  • Monthly retainers
  • Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines within PISTOLS guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates.
  • Uphold PISTOLS’ discreet, non-aggressive luxury sales approach at all times.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development expertise, including B2B sales at a senior level.
  • Market research and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Experience in relationship management, client negotiations, and building brand partnerships, especially within the luxury and fashion industries.
  • Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, goal-oriented approaches, and the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, market trends, and tools to optimize sales strategies.
  • Background in fashion, influencer marketing, or creative industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
