What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze data using analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
• Provide analyses and recommendations for process improvements and goal achievement
• Monitor and evaluate patterns, costs, and trends within healthcare data
• Produce clear and well-documented reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Write and modify SQL or SAS programs for data extraction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and provider operations
• Experience writing SQL or SAS code
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Familiarity with web-based reporting tools and analytic software packages
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in medical informatics
• Ability to design and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders
