Pay: £15–25 per hour (depending on experience) & performance-based incentives
People of Print is expanding and we’re looking for a driven, organised, and creative Partnerships & Membership Growth Coordinator to help us grow our thriving global network of printmakers, designers, studios, suppliers, and brands.
This is a part-time role focused on building meaningful partnerships and growing our membership base, working closely with our team to formulate long-term collaborations. You’ll be at the heart of conversations with print studios, paper companies, type foundries, creative agencies, brands and cultural organisations.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential partner organisations, suppliers, and studios that align with People of Print’s vision.
- Reach out via email, book calls, and follow up with leads.
- Nurture new members through the onboarding process, ensuring their profiles and campaigns are set up correctly.
- Manage our CRM pipeline keeping everything up-to-date and moving smoothly.
- Work closely with team to support creative campaigns, launches, and strategic partnerships.
You Are
- A clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Organised, proactive, and happy to work independently.
- Comfortable sending outreach emails, following up, and building relationships.
- Familiar with (or curious about) the worlds of print, design, and creative culture.
- Excited to contribute to the growth of an established creative platform with a strong community.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Sales, partnerships, or business development in creative industries.
- CRM tools and basic email marketing tools.
- Membership organisations or communities.
