The Role: Investment Reporting Officer
Join our team in Vilnius – We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Investment Reporting team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting to a diverse range of clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare comprehensive investment overview reports, covering holdings, returns, risks, and compliance
- Participate in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting insights
- Drive continuous improvements by refining reporting processes and implementing effective controls
- Communicate directly with clients, handling ad-hoc queries and providing clear insights
- Support Controllers or Sales team by preparing example reports and suggesting tailored reporting services for new clients
- Contribute to broader initiatives and projects that strengthen our investment reporting function
What we are looking for:
- A background in Accounting, Finance, Reporting or a related field
- Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a strong advantage
