What You’ll Do:Global Impact: Join a dedicated team delivering critical data insights to hotels around the world. Your work will enable our clients to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborative Design: Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, and design and develop custom reports and dashboards that meet their specific requirements. Implementation Excellence: Oversee the testing and implementation of reporting solutions for our international clients, ensuring they are delivered accurately and efficiently. Documentation & Communication: Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical documentation for both internal teams and clients. Keep all stakeholders informed with timely and accurate project updates. Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions, fostering collaboration and driving success. What You’ll Bring:Global Vision: A desire to work in a truly international setting, contributing to a diverse and dynamic team. Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate across global teams and clients. Interpersonal Strength: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work well with others and drive collaborative success. Reporting Expertise: Experience in creating reports in a data-driven environment using BI reporting tools, with a solid track record of analysis and insights. Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality PMS Opera V5.6 and Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud is a plus, as is any experience in the hospitality industry.
