Finance Manager

OSG has partnered with a growing PE-backed home services company to find them a Finance Manager to join their team. Our client offers a 100% remote work setup, tremendous executive exposure, and a long runway for growth as the company continues to aggressively scale. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping building the financial planning, performance management, and strategic operations infrastructure. Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of progressive FP&A and Operations Finance experience and prior ownership of processes such as cash flow, budgeting/forecasting, and weekly/monthly reporting. PowerBI experience and multi-location exposure are highly preferred.
