Job Description

Posted on: August 29, 2026

Company Description Omnflow is a content automation platform that turns a single piece of content into a complete, multi-channel workflow. By pasting a blog post, video, newsletter, or podcast into Omnflow, users instantly receive platform-specific posts tailored to their unique voice. The product then organizes and schedules these posts into a visual content calendar, helping teams maintain consistent publishing across channels. Omnflow is focused on reducing manual work and repetition, enabling creators and businesses to scale their content output efficiently.
Role Description As a Software Engineer at Omnflow, you will design, build, and maintain backend services that power our content automation and scheduling platform. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering team members to translate user needs into reliable, scalable features, and you will write clean, testable code to support high-performance APIs and data processing workflows. Daily responsibilities include implementing new functionality, improving existing systems, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical decisions and architecture. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while expecting regular communication, documentation, and participation in team meetings and sprint activities.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
  • Experience with Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP concepts to build maintainable, modular systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD practices is beneficial.
  • Comfort with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
