📍 Remote | Office based in the Mid- Atlantic Region
💰 Salary $90,000 to $125,000

An established AISC-certified structural steel fabricator is looking for an experienced Structural Project Manager to take ownership of major steel projects from award through completion.
You’ll work with a team that knows steel inside and out, managing projects that demand strong commercial awareness, technical understanding and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
🔩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage structural steel projects from contract award through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, detailers and fabrication teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets and contract requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and change orders
- Track project costs and profitability
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate fabrication, delivery and erection schedules
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project
- Travel occasionally to support project-specific needs, client meetings or site requirements
🎯 What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing structural steel projects
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules and change orders
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Tekla or similar platforms is a plus
