Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior FP&A Analyst. The Junior FP&A Analyst will perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as create detailed financial models to support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling
- Solid foundation and understanding of Finance principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software tools
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Prior experience in FP&A roles, internships, or relevant projects is a plus
- Effective communication and ability to present complex data to stakeholders
