Title: Change Management SpecialistLocation: Malmö is preferred but fully remote is ok as wellResponsibilities:
- The Change Implementation Facilitator role will:
- Be the primary point of contact between the Global Market Engagement team and Global Project Leads, Country Project Managers, and other stakeholders within your assigned cluster for CCT topics (Change, Communication, and Training).
- Support and coach local teams to create and execute change management plans using the “local change plan approach.”
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals.
- Identify and escalate risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables.
- Coordinate with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates.
- Support post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and project closure.Requirements:Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
- Proven experience in managing large-scale HR system implementations involving significant change management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) an collaboration tools like Miro.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team.Most important:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale HR system implementations with significant change management.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to structure and manage multiple stakeholder interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
