Neo Ross International is a private consulting company, specializing in strategy development, strategy execution, and executive coaching for small and medium enterprises. It’s subsidiary, Neo Ross Lithuania, started activities in the Lithuanian market in 2020. Over the last 5 years. Neo Ross Lithuania has developed comprehensive education programs for founders, entrepreneurs, and executives with a focus on mindset development, physical wellbeing, vitality, longevity, business development, and premium business events in Lithuania, Mexico, Costa Rica, France, Greece, Sri-Lanka, and Namibia.

Neo Ross International is currently hiring for the following position:

Sales Consultant (Remote Position)

In this role, you will:

· Qualify Potential Clients: Identify and assess potential clients generated through our inbound marketing system and qualify to ensure alignment with Neo Ross International's services and values.

· Develop Client Relationships: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospects. Ensure smooth value delivery through different channels using a CRM system.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.

· Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional strategies that enhance lead generation and brand positioning.

Requirements

·       A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

·       A passion for contributing to others' success and achievement.

·       At least 1 year in sales, telemarketing, or business development position.

·       Fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

·       A result-oriented, customer-focused, service-minded, and flexible approach.
