Data Analyst III
Location: Remote; PST preferred
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support product and business initiatives through quantitative analysis, experimentation, reporting, and actionable insights. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams and use data to inform strategy, product development, and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve product and business problems through data-driven analysis.
- Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data visualization to develop strategies and solve complex business challenges.
- Develop hypotheses and analytical approaches to test opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze product and business performance and provide insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to inform and execute business strategies.
- Monitor key product metrics, identify trends, and support forecasting efforts.
- Use data to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and measure the impact of product and business initiatives.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
- Strong experience turning data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Experience with the SaaS customer lifecycle, including acquisition and retention.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments.
- Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write efficient queries against large datasets.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Hex.
- Experience with R or Python is a plus.
