Location: Remote Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid foundation in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 6+ preferred).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with financial systems or an interest in fintech products such as trading platforms, payments, or analytics.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and writing basic queries.
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic web services.
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), with clear communication skills.
• Motivated, self-starter attitude, able to take initiative and work independently.
• Prior experience in fintech and a strong interest in financial technologies is considered a plus.
• Experience working in startups or small, fast-paced development teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of backend services and APIs that power trading and financial platforms.
• Work under the guidance of senior developers to implement features, fix bugs, and write unit/integration tests.
• Assist in maintaining and improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product, and frontend developers, to deliver high-quality fintech solutions.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews as part of an Agile team.
• Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with C#/.NET developments and fintech industry trends.
