The Site Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and processing of data across multiple systems. This is a key role in supporting the successful achievement of growth within Ingeus through ensuring accuracy of data reporting to inform further decision making. This role is remote and is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm on rotation with other site coordinators within the team. Responsibilities

  • Courtesy calls to claimants ensuring GDPR compliance and processes are strictly followed.
  • Facilitation of any special claimant requests such as translators.
  • Daily PRS diary maintenance and actioning any system alignment changes and management of the arrivals board ensuring slots are accurately uploaded on a weekly basis.
  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Site Coordinator to shape PRS diaries and upload required slots.
  • Support local Assessment Centre when business requires. Training will be given on current requirement.
  • Deputise for Senior Site Coordinator during periods of leave.

Essential Criteria

  • You will be required to undergo and successfully gain BPSS security clearance check to undertake this position.
  • IT literate, competent in Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English Language skills: able to communicate via telephone, email, and face to face in a clear and courteous and professional manner.
  • Organisation skills: demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload when multitasking in a rational manner both individually and for the team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude: willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required e.g. supporting other teams / cover SSC duties.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience within a similar role.
