Role Summary: The Principal Immigration Specialist is a strategic leader and senior expert who owns immigration process excellence, leads knowledge development, and supports cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures Multiplier remains compliant, innovative, and scalable in global mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own process governance and compliance for immigration operations.
  • Serve as a global SME across all supported regions.
  • Partner with product, legal, and operations to scale new offerings and automate workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to immigration policy or risk mitigation.
  • Represent the immigration function in internal leadership forums and external employee discussions.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for technology enablement and operational scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6+ years in global immigration with leadership exposure.
  • Proven ability to manage global complexity and cross-border workflows.
  • Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
  • Deep knowledge of immigration policies and trends globally.

Performance Metrics:

  • Cross-functional initiative success
  • Regulatory compliance audit results
  • NPS/CSAT from strategic employees
  • Adoption of scaled immigration processes or tech tools
