About the Role
Muhu Marketing is an agency delivering CRM and customer marketing: segmentation, journeys, retention, and the tooling behind them, built and run inside our clients' own platforms. We're hiring a CRM/Lifecycle Executive to own campaign build, QA, testing, and platform administration across a portfolio of igaming brands, with real room to grow into managing campaigns start to finish.
What You'll Own
- Build campaign templates across email, Telegram, push, and SMS
- QA templates before send - copy, personalization tags, links, brand assets, disclaimers
- Execute A/B tests, track results, and document learnings
- Maintain Optimove segments/audiences and data hygiene
- Set up campaigns and configure bonuses in backoffice systems across client brands
- Own the campaign calendar handover to CS
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all templates
- Use AI tools confidently to generate and adapt copy and creative
