Missouri Enterprise is expanding its team of Project Managers. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Professional who thrives on working directly with manufacturers to improve performance on the plant floor and create lasting operational change. This is not a training-only role. This is a hands-on implementation role where you will work alongside clients to drive measurable impact and ensure improvements stick long after the engagement ends. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, MDI, SMED, Standard Work, and Visual Controls
- Work directly with clients on the plant floor to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
- Ensure sustainability of improvements through systems, accountability, and leadership alignment
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on implementation events
- Drive measurable results in areas such as productivity, throughput, waste reduction, and cost savings
- Build strong client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and additional opportunities
- Support business development efforts through client engagement, networking, and proposal support
- Maintain accurate project and client activity records in CRM systems
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement implementation within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable change, not just short-term events
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies
- Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Ability to connect plant floor improvements to business outcomes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a client-facing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Location and Flexibility
- Must reside in or near Missouri
- Remote flexibility
- Approximately 30% travel throughout the state
