Position Summary
The Sales Support Executive (SSE) plays a vital role in enabling the success of the sales team. This position provides daily operational and administrative support to ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
The SSE will handle order book management, vet and process account documents, assist with sample coordination, and help drive efficiency across all sales activities. This role also includes supporting the account team with collections and financial tracking, as well as helping the Sales Director with the preparation of sales and performance data.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and vet all account-related documents before sharing with internal departments.
- Manage the order book and provide regular tracking and delivery updates to Sales and Operations.
- Support the accounts team in ensuring timely payment collection from clients.
- Oversee order administration processes, including PO tracking, sample coordination, and general support for the sales team.
- Assist the Sales Director in preparing financial and performance data reports.
- Coordinate logistics for GTM (Go-To-Market) and regional sales meetings, including venue planning, catering, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across sales operations.
- Act as a liaison between sales and internal departments to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with sales tools and platforms is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with international teams or retailers is a plus.
