Now Hiring: Senior Program Manager – Testing Transformation Initiative

We’re partnering with a Fortune 500 client to bring on a Senior Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in a large-scale Testing Transformation effort. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments, excels in executive communication, and knows how to drive results across multiple teams.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee core program management activities for a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation initiative

• Craft and deliver polished executive-level presentations that highlight progress, risks, and strategic direction

• Manage key vendor relationships, including contract oversight, performance metrics, and partnership governance

• Facilitate quarterly PI-planning sessions and ensure smooth coordination across teams

• Support the Lead Program Manager with reporting, risk tracking, and communication strategies

• Drive accountability across teams to meet deliverables and maintain alignment

• Identify interdependencies across workstreams and ensure cohesive execution

• Champion Agile best practices and mentor teams on delivery excellence

• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans and manage change in scope, schedule, or priorities

• Fulfill ongoing status reporting and contribute to strategic planning efforts

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of hands-on project/program management experience supporting technology teams

• Strong background managing large, cross-functional initiatives

• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices

• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments with clear, transparent communication

• Skilled in managing timelines, quality, scope, and risk mitigation plans

• Working knowledge of project management and Agile tools

• Bonus: Experience with JIRA or JIRA Align, and experience working with distributed teams
