Role Description

Maltibase is seeking motivated Recruitment Partners to help onboard skilled service providers to our platform.

As a Recruitment Partner, you will identify, engage, and refer qualified service providers from your network, communities, social media channels, and local markets. You will play a key role in expanding the Maltibase provider ecosystem while earning commissions based on successful onboarding and verification.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified service providers

• Promote Maltibase within your local communities and professional networks

• Guide providers through the registration process

• Follow up with referred providers until verification is completed

• Maintain professional communication with potential providers

• Meet monthly onboarding targets

• Provide feedback on recruitment challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, business development, community management, or networking is an advantage

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently

• Access to skilled professionals, freelancers, artisans, technicians, contractors, or service providers is preferred

• Basic understanding of social media and online communication platforms

• Self-motivated and results-oriented
