Our Team is essential to providing critical insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Reporting Solutions Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards that meet the evolving needs of our business units and clients. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure that reporting solutions are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. The Reporting Solutions Analyst will play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of our reporting capabilities, contributing to the success of various strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Take the initiative to identify opportunities for new reports and visualizations that provide added value to stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reports and dashboards, performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve existing reporting processes, focusing on efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilize the reports and dashboards provided.
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure timely delivery of insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain documentation for all reporting solutions, ensuring clear and concise records of processes, methodologies, and data sources.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our reporting capabilities.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor / Manager of the department

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 + years of experience in a reporting or data analytics role, with a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling is advantageous.
