Luna Media is redefining how digital advertising works, connecting premium supply with smart demand across Mobile (in-app) and CTV through cutting-edge programmatic technology, AI-driven optimization, and real-time bidding. We move fast, think big, and build partnerships that last.

We're hiring a Publisher Sales Manager to grow Luna Media's publisher base. This is a hunter role: you'll be identifying, pitching, and closing new app and web publishers, bringing your own relationships and the drive to build new ones. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective publishers and own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed deal.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and close new app and web publisher partnerships
  • Navigate complex deal cycles with both technical and business stakeholders on the publisher side
  • Leverage your existing rolodex to generate a pipeline from day one
  • Represent Luna Media at strategic industry conferences
  • Collaborate closely with our ad ops team to ensure smooth publisher onboarding post-close
  • Stay current on publisher monetization trends, mediation platforms, and the broader programmatic ecosystem

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years in a publisher-facing sales or business development role
  • A proven track record of closing new publisher deals
  • Strong existing relationships with app and/or web publishers
  • Solid familiarity with mediation platforms, ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs
  • Ability to hold a credible, technical conversation with a publisher dev, or monetization team
  • Comfort with conferences and industry events as part of the role
  • Self-starter mentality: you manage your pipeline and don't need to be chased
  • Experience selling or positioning mobile-first or in-app monetization solutions
