Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Delivery and Account Specialist - APAC. The role involves managing client accounts, delivering technical solutions, coordinating project implementations, and providing ongoing support. The specialist will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their needs, ensuring timely and successful project delivery, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Finance
• Proficiency in Invoicing and related financial processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management
• Experience in the technology or mobility industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
