The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
This will be a remote working Role working with Estate Agents across the UK where you're role will involve onboarding clients once tehy have been passed across from the sales director and ensure ongoing contact to ensure retention and usage is maintained
Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- On board all New clients
- Provide on going Support to Existing clients
- Work hand in hand with National Director to Drive sales and Retention
Must Haves
- Estate Agency Experience Minimum 2 years
- Ideally to have worked in a similar role ie Working with estate/letting agents
- Have used Estate and letting agent Prospecting/ Report systems
- comfortable using systems like zoom / teams to present training material
Salary
32-36k Basic Plus Comms
Overall Package 40k Plus
